Exosomes are extracellular vesicles (EVs) released by cells, which are present in biological fluids and in cell culture conditioned media. Their isolation, quantification and characterization are important steps requiring different kits and technologies. Cell Guidance Systems has created an exosome starter kit with all the elements needed to isolate, purify, quantify and characterise your own exosomes. 

Our starter kit includes a choice of Exo-spin™ columns to isolate and purify your exosomes from a wide variety of sample inputs for a range of downstream applications. Our starter pack also includes 20ug of the CD9 Clone CGS12A, CD63 Clone CGS82X and CD81 Clone CGS36K antibodies to perform your our characterisation experiments. Lastly, the kit includes an offer to analyse 4 samples of exosomes using our NTA particle analysis service to quantify your exosomes.
