PeptiGels® are used for 2D and 3D cell culture and are specifically designed with a range of mechanical properties and chemical functionalities to mimic the native cellular micro-environment to allow the growth of any cell type.

Product Description

PeptiGel® Gamma 4 PLUS™ is a ready-to-use fully synthetic positively charged peptide hydrogel functionalized with fibronectin (RGD) and collagen (GFOGER) motifs, mimicking the extracellular matrix more closely and encouraging better cellular adhesion.

PeptiGel® Gamma 4 PLUS™ is suitable for the culture of a wide variety of cells, including primary cells, immortalized cells and stem cells. By offering enhanced cellular adhesion and cell-ECM signaling PeptiGel® Gamma 4 PLUS™ is also suitable for the culture of spheroids and organoids. 

PeptiGel® Gamma 4 PLUS™ is half the mechanical strength of Alpha 4™, highly consistent hydrogel in mechanical stiffness (G’) and pore size, resulting in excellent reproducible results for both in-vitro and in-vivo applications.
