Synthetic Self-Assembling Peptide Hydrogels for 3D Cell Culture

PeptiGel® is a family of fully synthetic, animal-free self-assembling peptide hydrogels (SAPHs) independently validated in over 40 cell types. Each variant is tuned for charge and mechanical stiffness to match specific tissue environments, and PLUS versions are functionalised with bioactive ECM motifs RGD (fibronectin) and GFOGER (collagen).

How does PeptiGel® work?

PeptiGel® is ready-to-use, straight out of the tube. They can easily be handled with positive displacement pipettes, and gelate in the presence of media. You can find application data, protocols, FAQs, and more here.

What packsizes are available? Are there trial sizes to test multiple gels first?

We provide 5 mL sizes, with discounts for pack sizes of 20 mL (4 x 5 mL) and 50 mL (10 x 5 mL). New to PeptiGel® and want to try a few gels before committing? We have a great deal for new customers: choose up to 5 different PeptiGels® in 1 mL trial vial pack sizes, starting from £37 GBP each.
