Synthetic Peptide Hydrogel Bioinks for 3D Bioprinting

PeptiInk is a family of fully synthetic, animal-free self-assembling peptide bioinks engineered for extrusion-based 3D bioprinting. Based on the same peptide chemistry as PeptiGel, PeptiInk variants are rheologically tuned to be shear-thinning, enabling smooth extrusion and rapid recovery after printing to maintain structural integrity and high cell viability. PeptiInk Alpha 4 PLUS is functionalised with RGD and GFOGER bioactive motifs to support cell adhesion and spreading within the printed construct. Both variants are xeno-free and free from animal-derived components, providing a defined and reproducible scaffold for biofabrication applications.
