Product description
Instant Exosomes™ are a range of convenient, high-quality, well-characterised freeze-dried exosome samples from a variety of sources.
The exosomes are isolated using a combination of precipitation and size exclusion chromatography (SEC).
- The 50 µg pack contains 2 x 25 µg vials
- The 250 µg pack contains 10 x 25 µg vials
The exosomes are characterized for
- Overall protein content, using a BCA assay,
- Expression of commonly expressed exosomal markers (CD9, CD63 and CD81) using the ExoLISA™ exosome detection assay
- Particle concentration and size distribution by nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) using a Zetaview® instrument from Particle Metrix GmbH.

Characterization of Instant Exosomes™ with NTA. Instant Exosomes™ have been isolated using a combination of precipitation and SEC. NTA analysis is performed using the ZetaView® instrument. Brownian motion of individual particles is tracked and recorded for the characterization of exosome samples.
