Whether you need a fast first-pass EV analysis service or a fully MISEV-compliant workflow complete with nanoparticle tracking analysis, western blot and ExoLISA exosome biomarker detection, our experienced Cambridge team can support you. All isolations use our own widely-cited Exo-spin SEC exosome isolation kits; NTA measurements are performed on the ZetaView instrument. We accept exosome isolation from cell culture media (10 ml–1000 ml) and exosome isolation from plasma or sera (0.1 ml–5 ml). Optional exosome freeze drying is available for samples requiring long-term stability.
