Characterised, freeze-dried EVs from a variety of sources
Instant Exosomes™ are a range of well-characterised, freeze-dried extracellular vesicles (EVs) and exosomes, prepared from human cancer cell lines, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and mouse serum. Each lot is produced using a validated isolation workflow combining differential precipitation and size exclusion chromatography (SEC), providing consistent, publication-quality material without the need for in-house isolation.
Freeze-drying enables long-term stability and straightforward reconstitution, making Instant Exosomes™ ideal for laboratories that require reliable exosome reference material on demand.
Every batch of Instant Exosomes™ undergoes rigorous characterisation before release:
- Particle concentration and size distribution by nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) using a ZetaView® instrument (Particle Metrix GmbH)
- Total protein content quantified by BCA assay
- Exosomal marker expression (CD9, CD63 and CD81) confirmed using the ExoLISA™ exosome detection assay
Full characterisation data is provided with each product, supporting downstream data interpretation and experimental reproducibility.
Instant Exosomes™ are ready-to-use upon reconstitution and are suitable for a broad range of research applications:
- Protein biomarker discovery and analysis
- Functional cell-based assays
- Exosomal nucleic acid profiling (RNA and miRNA)
- Electron microscopy and nanoparticle imaging
- Assay development and positive controls
- Liquid biopsy research and cancer biomarker studies
EVs are available from cell lines and serum including:
- Mouse serum
- Colon cancer (COLO205, HCT116)
- Hepatocellular cancer (Huh7, HepG2)
- Kidney (HEK293)
- Melanoma (A375)
- Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)
- Neuroblastoma (SH-SY5Y)
- Prostate cancer (LnCAP)
