DescriptionGrowth regulated protein γ (GRO-γ), also called CXCL3, acts through the chemokine receptor CXCR2 to promote monocyte migration and adhesion. GRO-γ also induces the migration of cerebellar granule neuron precursor cells.
Activity AssayHuman GRO-γ is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The activity is determined by the induced chemotaxis of human neutrophils.
