DescriptionInterleukin-20 (IL-20) is structurally related to interleukin-10 (IL-10) and is produced by keratinocytes and monocytes. IL-20 acts through the STAT3 signaling pathway to regulate the proliferation of keratinocytes during epidermal inflammation.
