Product description

Exo-spin™ buffer (EX06) is a precipitation reagent that concentrates exosomes and extracellular vesicles (EVs) from dilute biological samples prior to size exclusion chromatography (SEC) purification. It is designed for use with all Exo-spin columns (mini, mini-HD, midi and 96-well). Mix the buffer with your sample at a 1:2 ratio (buffer:sample), incubate overnight at 4°C, then centrifuge to pellet the EVs. The concentrated pellet is resuspended and loaded onto the Exo-spin column. This step is recommended for low-exosome-content samples including cell culture media, urine and saliva, and is essential for processing large volumes (up to 500 ml) through the midi column. Exo-spin buffer is included in EX01 kits and is also available separately as EX06.
