Synthetic Self-Assembling Peptide Hydrogels for 3D Cell Culture

PeptiGel® is a family of fully synthetic, animal-free self-assembling peptide hydrogels (SAPHs) independently validated in over 40 cell types. Each variant is tuned for charge and mechanical stiffness to match specific tissue environments, and PLUS versions are functionalised with bioactive ECM motifs including RGD (fibronectin), GFOGER (collagen), IKVAV and YIGSR (laminin). PeptiGel® provides a defined, reproducible, xeno-free alternative to animal-derived matrices such as Matrigel™ and Geltrex™, with consistent batch-to-batch quality for reliable 3D cell culture results.
