Eotaxin-3, also known as CCL26, is a chemokine that is made by vascular endothelial and lung epithelial cells following Interleukin-4 (IL-4) or Interleukin-13 (IL-13) stimulation. Eotaxin-3 signals through the G protein-coupled chemokine receptor CCR3 to recruit eosinophils and basophils to inflammatory sites.Activity Assay
Human Eotaxin-3 is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The activity is determined by the ability to induce chemotaxis of cell lines expressing CCR3. There is no data currently available.AA Sequence
